My name is Abbie Pruett and I am so excited to be teaching 8th grade accelerated math at DCMS. This will be my 4th year teaching and every year I fall more in love with it. I am a recent graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Middle School. Along with my degree in Elementary Education, I also have endorsements in Math and Social Studies. 

My heart is to be an advocate and an encourager for every child that walks in the door of my classroom. Every child will be made to believe that they can succeed and will be expected to put forth their best effort every day.
