I am a graduate of Carroll Academy, in Carrollton, Ms.  After graduating from CA, I attended Mississippi Delta Community College.  While at MDCC I was a member of the Delta Dancer dance team.  I finished my community college degree at Northwest Mississippi Community College, and received my bachelors degree from the University of Mississippi.  I have my BS in Elementary Education with an emphasis in English and Science, as well as a Masters degree in Education Leadership from Arkansas State.  This is my eighth year to be a classroom teacher, my third year to be a DCMS math teacher.

I have been married to Kerry for 20 years.  We have been blessed with two beautiful children, Reid (19) & Lillian (13).  We stay extremely busy chasing Lillian playing competitive volleyball, while Reid is focused on earning his HVAC degree at NWCC.  In my free time (?what's that?), I love to shop, read, sew and cook!  I have many passions in life, teaching children and cooking are at the top of my list!!  To say I am excited to teach your child, is an understatement!
