Bio

 ALL ABOUT ME!!!

My name is Jessica Hughes.  I have a wonderful husband, Kevin, and three awesome sons and one sweet daughter.  Lane is 19, Eli is 11, Cooper is 7, and Coley is 2. I attended Olive Branch High School from Kindergarten to 12th grade.  I graduated from Mississippi State University (GO DAWGS!!!!) with a BS in Education and an endorsement in secondary Science and Social Studies.  This is my thirteenth year at DeSoto Central Middle School and I love teaching 7th graders!!!  This is my fifteenth year teaching.

When I am not at school, I enjoy doing anything outdoors with my family, like riding 4-wheelers, fishing, going to see the Bulldogs and Rebels play (my husband is crazy and loves Ole Miss).  We love to listen to music (prefer country, classic rock, and delta and hill country blues),  and we enjoy going to church!  One of our favorite things to do when we have free time is to take road trips throughout Mississippi and take pictures of old buildings, houses, and anything old.  We love learning about Mississippi history!
