Welcome to 8th grade Pre-AP English! Let me introduce myself!
With my Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education through the University of Mississippi and Master's degree in Educational Leadership through Arkansas State University, I am a highly qualified teacher, certified to teach Language Arts, grades 7 - 12. This is my 12th year at Desoto Central, and I am very happy to call Desoto Central Middle School my permanent teaching home.
I am married Bo Baker, and our family of five includes Bailee, Riley, and Lilly Grace who attend Desoto Central schools.
I feel blessed to be working with such a wonderful staff at Desoto Central Middle School. I am excited and have high expectations for my students and hope to encourage my students to feel the same!
